Two recent Wi-Fi standards that materially improve cloud gaming on wireless.
Wi-Fi 6 (and especially the 6 GHz band exposed by 6E) drops latency and packet loss versus older Wi-Fi 5 hardware. If your router is older than 2020, replacing it is the single biggest cloud-gaming upgrade you can make on the home side.
