Buffer overrun
When a streaming client receives data faster than it plays back.
A buffer overrun in cloud gaming is rare but disruptive — usually triggered by a network burst that delivers a flood of frames the client decoder can't keep up with. Modern services use adaptive bitrate to avoid this.
